		<description>Here&#039;s a thing about that record; I always thought the title was a reference to a party being an entity that feared the prospect of there only being two people at that party. That would be a *bad* party. Only now, reading your blog, do I realise that it might well be more along the lines of Party Fears II, a bloke&#039;s second lot of fears about parties. Excuse me while I kiss this guy, eh? I spoke to Billy once for Melody Maker.</description>
